Marilyn prepared contracts for new commercial and residential tenants, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws such as Sect. 8 and Sect. 42 LIHTC.

Marilyn acted as the first line of response for tenant questions, including routine and emergency property repairs. She oversaw property operations and maintained accurate records of income and expenditures for expense reporting on behalf of the property owner. Lastly, she managed all building operations, including marketing and securing tenants, following all laws and regulations.
